Birth
Atal Bihari Vajpayee was born on 25 December, 1924 in Gwaliar, Gwaliar State, British India (present in Madhya Pradesh).
Death
Atal Bihari Vajpayee was died on 16 August 2018, in New Delhi, Delhi, India at age of 83 years.
Education
Atal Bihari Vajpayee learnt in many schools.
1). Vajpayee completed his schooling from Saraswati Shishu Mandir Gwalior.
2). He joined Anglo-Vernacular Middle school, barnagar, Ujjain in year 1934.
3). He completed his degree in bachelors of art (BA) with Hindi, English and Sanskrit from Gwaliar Victoria College (in present- Maharani Laxmi Bai Govt. College of Excellence).
4). He completed his masters of Arts from Dayanand Anglo Vaidik Mahavidyalaya (DAV).

Achievements
Atal Bihari Vajpayee has an important role in India's dsbdlllk ki.
1). He became prime minister of India for three terms, with a full term from 1999 to 2004.
2). He became minister of external affairs for a time interval 26 March 1977 to 28 July 1979.
3). He became member of parliament, rajya sabha for two times, for first time from 1962 to 1967 and from 1986 to 1991.
4). He became member of parliament, lok sabha for five terms.
5). He founded bhartiya janta party in year 1980 and served as it's president till 1986.
6). He became 11th president of akhil bhartiya jana sangh in 1968 and served till 1972.
7). He was founder of sarva shiksha abhiyan; which is a foundation which made education a fundamental right for children's of age 6 to 14 years.

6). In October 2018 four newly discovered Himalayan peaks near Gangotri are named after his name as Atal 1, Atal 2, Atal 3, Atal 4.
7). Naya Raipur was renamed as Atal Nagar in August, 2018.
Family
Krishna Bihari Vajpayee and Krishna Devi was parents of Atal Bihari Vajpayee. Vajpayee was renamed a bachelor for his whole life. He adopted a girl (child) from his friend Rajkumari Kaul and her husband professor B.N. Kaul. His daughter's name was Nimita Bhattacharya.
