Niel Armstrong was an American astronaut. He was an astronomer of American space research organization NASA and he is very well known as the first man to walk on the moon. Niels Armstrong was also an aeronautical engineer, university professor, test pilot and a neval aviator. Armstrong walked on moon on 20 July 1969, when he was on mission Apollo 11.

Niel Armstrong was born on 5 August 1930 in Wapakoneta, Ohio in United States. His full name is Niel Alden Armstrong.

Education
Niel Armstrong studied in Blume High School Historical Place in 1947. He finished got his bachelor degree of aeronautical engineering in year 1955 from Purdue University. He completed his master's degree of aeronautical engineering in year 1970 from University of Southern California.
